How does the process work?
Ordering is simple:
- Place your order online
- Mail (or locally drop off) your clothing or fabric
- I carefully handcraft your keepsake and ship it back to you
You’ll receive instructions and my mailing address after checkout.
What types of clothing or fabric can I use?
Almost all fabrics work well, including:
- Cotton, flannel, denim
- T-shirts, button-ups, baby clothes, uniforms
- Knits and woven fabrics
- Dog outfits, blankets, robes and so much more!
If you’re unsure whether your items will work, feel free to contact me before ordering.
After making thousands of bears, the only items that have been unusable are heavily beaded/rhinestone items.
How many clothing items are needed?
This varies by product, but generally:
- 12” Memory Bears: 1–2 adult shirts or several baby garments
- Mini memory bears: one adult shirt can make 4-6 mini memory bears (depending on size and sleeve length)
- Memory Pillows: 1–2 items
- Tiny Ornament Bears: one shirt can make several, message me with item details for a more specific answer

What happens to leftover fabric?
Remaining fabric is only returned if requested.
Can I request special details or customizations?
Yes! I’m happy to accommodate special requests when possible, such as:
- Placement of logos, pockets, or buttons
- Mixing multiple fabrics
- Adding personalization

How long does it take to receive my keepsake?
Turnaround time typically ranges from 3-6 weeks after I receive your fabric.
If you need your keepsake by a specific date, please reach out before ordering.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on my current workload. Please contact me prior to ordering to confirm availability and pricing.
October through December is my busy season and typically cannot do rush orders during that time.
Where are you located? Do you offer local drop-off?
Local customers are welcome to arrange local drop-off or pickup by selecting the option at checkout or contacting me directly.
